The Boxing Commission of Tijuana is going to fully support Erik Morales' decision to have a farewell fight in 2013. The Mexican icon wants to retire in Tijuana with one final fight before his loyal countrymen. Juan Carlos Pelayo, who's President of that Commission, is on board with the match.
