Sparring with a fast boxer does not make you faster. You are either fast or you are not fast. It might help you react to fast punches but there are other boxers Pacquiao can spar with that have quick hands. Pacquiao was as fast as ever in this fight. He was doing very well until he ran into a bomb of a punch.
