What are the honest opinions about AIBA's pro boxing venture?

Any opinions I'm upping this for one last time I'm definitely shocked no one has commented on this. I would figure anyone who competes here would want to chime in......

The fact noone has commented is exactly my problem with it. It is massively under publicized, has no tv dates, no advertising. I dont understand what they were hoping to achieve with this?

On top of that the format is confusing and i dont like it as a fan of pro boxing as it could stall the careers of many talented am fighters.

edit: watched the video and i can kind of see what they are getting at, but why not open it up to all pro fighters to join? offer them the chance to compete in the Olympics again, get loads of exposure for the league? And again, advertise the sh1t out of it, nobody will want to compete in it if no one watches it...
