If you are busy then Intermittent Fasting is even better. You don't have to worry about taking time out of your day to prepare food and eat it on fasting days.

Workouts done while in the fasted state supposedly increase your production of human growth hormone as well.

I would say give it a try for a few months or so before you write it off entirely. But it's not for everybody. And paleo is a good, healthy way to eat too.

I was worried my gains would drop considerably as well but I actually hit a PR on deadlift and squat last week

What about your presses? I noticed during my cut that my presses have all dropped but my pulls have gone up.

I work out when I wake up before work, then I don't "eat" until my first break. I'll break my fast with my protein shake I mix every night with a package of ground up oats, a banana and water. Then at lunch I'll have a nice protein dense meal. Usually get about 70-90 or so grams of protein consumed at work (Depending on what I plan on eating when I get home). Then I come home, eat like a hostage which usually gets me where I need to be in terms of my daily in take.

I consume a LOT of water at work. The hunger before breaking my fast isn't too bad. Once I get to work I'm perfectly fine for the first few hours. The only time that EVER sucks is immediately after the gym..like the first half an hour? But I'm usually good once I'm done showering/drinking a ton of water.

I've been doing it for a little bit now (2 months?) and I lost some weight (dont know how much..I dont weigh myself ) and I honestly feel the difference in the mornings, i just feel a lot less like s hit lol. It's also A LOT easier to be disciplined imo because when you do eat, you're not just holding off til your next meal. I cant do small meals through the day. Eating a lot of meals through out the day just doesn't work for me...Im just really bad about having to make myself eat and having the window makes it a lot easier.

It works for me...

They have dropped a little but nothing I'm too worried about. I'm hoping it is just my body adjusting to the eating schedule.

Eating 1500 calories a day give or take. I'm on a 4 hour eating window. Working out 5 times a week, each day with 30 minute cardio after. I'm down 3 pounds after 2 days on IF. Looking good so far.
