There has to be an negative financial impact for it to be slander. Memo's stock is way up right now and has a huge stable of boxers. He has no case.

Now with this Conte vs Memo stuff. They're both criminals but Memo turned state's evidence. Athletes pay upwards of 100K for designer PEDs, Memo is swimming in dough right now.
