2012 ratings show most of them are in Latin America, a few in Africa, 1 in Asia and 0 in Europe.

No Pakistani city is listed which tallies with what I saw out there - most of the country is pretty safe. The militant insurgency has hurt the north most and occasionally shows up elsewhere.

Top 1 is San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
