id eat both!!! but El pastor freshly sliced is bomb!! When i went to Michoacan MX they sell these things called "gringas" its flour tortilla pastor meat and melted cheese on top . It was Great!

Yup......gringas.....and mulitas.............

gotta give it up to El pastor.....pero no en todos lugares esta buena la carne....some places make it much better than others......

Tacos de tripas.. I like the tripas to be nice and crunchy. I don't like them soft..Al Pastor are my second favorite followed by Lengua.. I have never tried de cesos or cabeza, they look gross...If anyone is had cesos or cabeza are they good?
