Not big... but about 30 grand.

-Been on the market for a year

-Going into winter (hard to find buyers)

-They have no other interest

Also, Im willing to pay the list price, so Ill get an agreement, at this point its just how cheap can I get it.

They Came down 10k, I went up 10k... They came down another 5k, I went up another 5k... We're 5k apart...

We've agreed on price... I got it 20k under list price... and the list price has come down 70k since going on the market a year ago, so I got 90k under since they put it on the market.

I should be signing papers for final price today or tomorrow.

My house inspection is today from 4-6pm... crossing fingers for that.

I was stressed about it even thoug I thought it should be fine.

All this news about flipping houses, buying/selling has me anxious fellas.. I'm moving out next year and I haven't a clue what goes into purchasing a property. I'm a part time college student looking to invest in a nice townhome I've been looking at for months now.
Great little area next to the library, hospital and gym and it's not far from the big business chains. Sorry to derail your thread Reed but this type of thing is something I'm beginning to appreciate and it interests me. I'm buying a second car in a couple months(2010 Honda Civic)paid in full, wrapping up a few more classes than I'm stepping out. Anyways, good luck with your endeavors I'll be keeping a keen eye open for any good offers myself.
