Default Beetroot study shows it improves stamina

Hi guys, as a boxer myself i am always looking for new way to improve my stamina and this article caught my attention.

I do plan to add this to my regimen i will try to post soon to tell u if i felt any different.

I hope it helps someone else i am just sharing.

Dont like beetroot but I would drink juice, sounds like its good for you regardless of increased stamina, knew that anyway but didnt really know the actual benefits.

I'd be interested to know results.
