He was up 3 lbs. on the day of the weigh in. He had to lose those last 3 lbs. a couple of hours before the weigh in. Therefore, the drug didn't seem to work.

Yes it could. In Mexico it's not illegal to give that drug to food animals. Morales could eat one contaminated steak and that would do it. That is why the fight is still on. I give both Berto and Morales the benefit of the doubt. In the USA you are supposed to be innocent until proven quilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
