I must say I do like the atmosphere of martial arts. People seem more social, you tend to work with others and not just a punch bag and you are always talking and trying to learn.

Depends on the gym. I train at a boxing gym where we have MMA guys come in to learn boxing and the environment is great. We are like family, we get along and we joke all the time. When it's time to work though, we work.

So it just depends. I think Joel Diaz is just bitter about the business of boxing which I can't blame him.
