Yeah I love the openess too... The kitchen is a bit dated but still nice, Ill eventually redo it, but dont have to right away..

Holy crap, little slugger is going to have a blast in that room, lol.

Do you know which company built the home? That floor plan looks familiar. And that is the way t do it, move wise. You should see some of the packing estimates I have had signed by customers. You could by a decent used car.

No I dont know who built it but I could easily find out, coincidentally back in the eighties my grandparents built the house across the street from this one, and they remember this one being built while they lived there.


Dude, 3 guys run a company, they move your whole house for four hundred bucks and theyre good... My aunt and uncle just used them this weekend.

Damn, 400 bucks is a player price. We charge $108 a hour for 3 men and a truck, plus fuel surcharge on local moves. If you have items that are considered "bulky", that gets added on as well. Gun safes, baby grand pianos, spas.

Seriously bud, congrats on the home. Looks like it will serve the Reeds well for many years to come.

Thanks man... Not set in stone though, I gotta sell my house first to get it.. Ill probably take the first reasonable offer that comes along.

I got my preapproval and everything though, so as soon as any offer comes along on my house i can take it and put a contract on the house, Ill try to talk them down but Im willing to pay the listing price... Like I said its been on the market for 300 days so i like my chances to get it.

Luckily my house is completely finished and move in ready, all hardwood floors, neutral colors, new bedroom carpeting in all four bedrooms, brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, new central air and security system, new two tone garage, new windows.... Im confident it will sell... Hopefully quickly.. And Im priced reasonably to sell.
