Have another house I wanna grab, but have to sell mine first... Going to be extremely aggressive with it... Its completely finished and will be reasonably priced to sell... Wll be active by Monday... Hope I get a contract quickly, luckily the house I want has been on the market for 300 days, so... Wish me luck.
