People will travel to fight Burns, just because Rees is the only other UK lightweight available, doesn't mean anything. Burns isn't really that well known, he'd do well to be on the undercard of a big fight.
Put him on the undercard of Trout-Cotto, Pac-Marquez or Bradley's fight.
