People will travel to fight Burns, just because Rees is the only other UK lightweight available, doesn't mean anything. Burns isn't really that well known, he'd do well to be on the undercard of a big fight.

Put him on the undercard of Trout-Cotto, Pac-Marquez or Bradley's fight.

If big brother Floyd hasn't fought outside of the USA, why would Broner? Burns shouldn't have to give up home-field advantage, but he'll probably have to if he wants to keep his title.
