he pretty much brought up the ortiz/lopez upset (lopez moving up to WW), he says "why not for maidana"? another fight he brought up was jose cotto (cotto's brother) rocking alvarez in the 1st round in their fight. robert said there are a lot of names out there, but if it was up to him, he'd make canelo vs. maidana.

yeah, that's what i'm saying. i'm guessing cause all the top 154 lbers are booked for now (cotto/trout, lara/vanes, kirkland injured?, angulo/tuneup, and talks about k9/berto) he is taking another fight to end the year.

Don't want to see this. Maidana is game but he lost a lot of power going to welter, he's going to be outmatched just like Josesito.

There ain't a lot of options at 54 for Canelo in december but still are options.
