white rice, already cooked.
curry paste, any type you like.
white sugar.
chilli peppers, preferably thai chilli.
romaine lettuce.
bean sprouts.
get cooked rice and mix in bowl with the curry paste.
chop up chilli and sausages.
fry up the sausages in a pan.
when sausages are done, throw in the curry rice and fry it up.
add chilli peppers, fish sauce, sugar and lemon/lime juice to taste.
make it as salty, spicy, sour and sweet as you like.
mix it up good.
later add fresh bean sprouts. don't throw it in while still cooking. throw it in right befrore serving. you want the sprouts raw, cool and crisp not cooked and soggy.
spoon it into a leaf of lettuce.
