Oscar should have fought the winner of Cotto-Margarito, but was so scared to fight Margarito and elected to their opinion at that time a safer and more lucrative fight with the smaller pacquiao...
People have to remember Margarito was lobbying for a fight with Oscar which was totally ignored, imagine if Tony fought Oscar at 147 that night...
IMHO Oscar planned to fight Pacquiao, why would he take a tune up fight at 150??
