Default Three Trainings in One Boxing Drills - AMSB

I have been wanting to share information like this with you for some time. I do drills like this and a few others every single training session regardless of who I'm working with.

Honestly, these drills are so boring lol, So I hesitate to put them on video. I usually just edit the focus mitt portion of the workout. However that's totally unhealthy.

This blog entry and others in the near future are going to give you insight as to exactly how I "Classically Condition" my students.

These type of drills are necessary so that I can get any student, any level, any language to look good on the mitts and eventually in the ring.

We have some pretty cool things happening with A Million Styles Boxing. Email me at amsbtraining@gmail.com with the subject #AMSB & your youtube username to stay informed. I really want to teach you how to train efficiently and/or teach efficiently.
