Highest Weight World Titles By Country?

I have a weird brain. Stupid stuff pops into it all the time. Anyone help with this question?

What are the highest weight division world titles won by boxers from the major countries involved in Boxing? And I am talking about boxers born in that country (and who also lived there for at least ten years of their lives) who went on to win a major world belt.

Feel free to add countries I may have missed too. As well as filling in the gaps?

I've put in a few guesses.....

Argentina - Light Heavy - Galindez (Thanks TBear)
Australia - Cruiser - Danny Green
Brazil - ?
Colombia - Welter?
Cuba - ?
France - Cruiser - Mormeck (maybe others)
Ireland - ?
Japan - No idea. Have they had a Middleweight Champion?
Mexico - Light Heavy?
Panama - Cruiser - Guillermo Jones
Philippines - That fella at middleweight who drew with Henry Armstong?
Puerto Rico - Cruiser - Carlos De Leon
Spain - Light Heavy - Campillo was Champ for about 15 seconds.
Thailand - No idea. Light Welter?
Venezuela - Welter?

I've left off USA, UK, Italy & Germany as they've all obviously had heavyweight Champions.

I'm not sure exactly of the process here but wouldn't Victor Galindez's title run raise Argentina to 175?

Yes it would. As I said, I was just throwing out guesses. I had a vague idea that the Argies had a LH champ but couldn't remember.

France is correct with Mormeck, I remember when he fought Wlad them saying he would be the first ever French heavyweight world champion.

How poor, I can only think of Edwin Valero from Venezuela...

As for Cuba, I can only think of Juan Carlos Gomez.

Vicente Rondon, the light heavyweight titlist from Venezuela I guess.

Julio Cesar Gonzalez for Mexico.

I don't think Bonavena was ever champ and France had a bunch of cruiserweight champs, Fabrice Tiozzo, Taoufik Belbouli and I think Anaclet Wamba were all French.

Mike McTigue was Irish and was light-heavy champion in the 1920's.
