I think this will be a repeat of Pacquiao vs Margarito. Jumps in landing several shots then bounces back out. Chavez won't get a chance to set his feet and throw punches. If Martinez does anything other than that, Chavez by late KO.

Martinez ain't KO'ing Chavez. Chavez can take pouches all day but Martinez can TKO him.

Martinez is going to punish Chavez Jr. fight is getting stopped in the 10th/11th round due to clean, hard, effective punches landing on Jr face all night. Martinez may be older and smaller but dude is a better fighter/boxer, athlete and has the better conditioning. Barker and Macklin fight will look harder than this one.

Pavlik came into the Martinez fight at 178... and we all saw what happened and Pavlik is a better fighter than Jr. This is going to be a beating. Chavez is a punk and deserves it tho

I didnt realize Pavlik came in at 178 vs serg??? Is that factual??? If so then **** yeah, Serg is gonna knock that ****er out. Pavlik was way better than jr at this stage.

Please, Martinez is crazy if he thinks beating jr will open the door to ginger, Pacman & Floyd.

Lets see, ginger has yet to fight anyone of note in his division.

Pacman won't even fight Cotto above 148.

Floyd don't fight anyone capable of actually beating him.

So how the hell does Martinez expect to fight these guys with track records like that is beyond me.
