Its a doc about everything going on in Colombia at the time and how it got mixed up in soccer. Its a very good watch man. Much more to it than just what happened on the field.

Idk if there's a best in my mind. But my top documentaries are:
The interrupters
Hoop dreams
Jiro dreams of sushi
Bowling for columbine

There's a few more that I know I'm forgetting. I'll go through my documentary folder to remind me of others that I liked.
