M.J White is a beast! And you know he could kick some serious ass off screen for a near 45yr old.

Would of loved to of seen him in MMA at a younger age.
Over 30 years of martial arts, blackbelt in 8 different martial arts alongside a football background & amateur boxing.

Undisputed 2, Blood and Bone, Never Back Down 2....all excellent michael jai white movies he's really underrated and a great martial artist

Blood and Bone is one very underrated fight movie. Didn't know about his martial arts background until I saw that movie. You could tell he was a fighter that became an actor and not an actor that was taught how to fight.
