Also, incase you are not aware, in profesional boxing it is common for a fighter to move up in weight class and fight for a title in a class they are have not competed in, you dont have to "clear the Division" to get the shot... altough that would seem to be an expectation its not necessary...

He jumped what 8, 9 devisions? LOL He isnt accomplished at all. Fighting Katsidis makes you deserve a fight? LOL
