fighters who dont use drugs will always have an advantage over those who do.

Circumstantial evidence, what about all those fighters than don't drink and smoke that don't have mental quickness, speed etc?
Hopkins is Hopkins because of his whole lifestyle not just that fact he doesn't drink or smoke, he by his own admission never balloons up to more than 10lbs over his fighting weight, he is always training etc. He's a gym rat, same with Floyd and RJJr.
Also Tyson, Taylor and Hatton have styles which meant they got hit alot (Tyson less so in his early career but he got hit more than Bhop, RJJ, and Floyd) which could have contributed to their downfall.
I'm not saying drinking and smoking isn't bad for you, but your reasoning is frankly poor. They are bad for you but there is no evidence to say that RJJ and Floyd are so good because they don't drink and smoke. I think the fact they don't points towards a whole lifestyle geared towards boxing and preservation/defense which is maybe the reason that did so well.
