I think Ward beats James Toney, just my opinion.

But as much as I love Andre Ward and think he's really going to make a great legacy of his own, he's already started off great, I can't imagine him beating Roy Jones Jr at 168 in the 90's, especially the Roy that fought Toney.

James Toney versus Andre Ward would be a great fight. No way Ward wins an inside game against Toney so he'd have to use his legs. And I could see him perhaps eking out a decision doing that but not likely against a motivated James. Would love to see it though. Ward would struggle against Jones badly. Jones was a huge middleweight--he had several non-title fights and only defended the IBF belt once because making weight was too difficult. At 168, he was the perfect blend of speed and power. Fast enough to hit Ward and powerful enough to make it hurt. Jones KO10.
