I will be going to Puerto Rico sometime in July for a 7 day vacation and thinking about getting a tat done before I come back to Houston.

Jose is right, his name is Tommy and he works at Dragon Fire Tattoo in Caguas. The owner of the shop is a very close friend of mine and while I don't know Tommy very well he does good work. The number is 787 746-0315 I would advise you to call and set up an appointment as most Tattoo artists are not known for their punctuality.
