benign cyst or hernia likely..any way its a minor operation. from diagnosis to treatment(removal)and rest , you got a week tops.

benign cyst moves about not like malignant ones thats kinda fixed and firm on one spot. the location also usually indicates herniation of soft tissue due to extreme stress.
