Alrighty everyone, prepare to laugh at my day 1 photos.
I completely blame Bringer, RWK, Shiri, and Pea for keeping me in Drunk Lang... Im prettty sure I got up to a half gallon+ vodka a week. Yeah I gained like 10 lbs in 2 weeks leading up to day 1.
Anyways... I figured **** it... I worked my ass off so Ill show you how the program went for me.
I dieted hard, I may of drank 5-6 times throughout the whole process, I kept my caloric intake between 1500-1700.
I substituted Yoga, Kenpo and xstretch a lot for my personal boxing workout which was usually 12 rounds heavy bag, 3 rounds speedbag, and 3 rounds double end bag.
Im taking a week off and I start p90x2 in one week, next Monday....
Alcohol and Pizza tonight!
