We did get back together in the end but this time I think it's run it's course,
I'm better about this time round though,
It's a sh*t feeling but I just gotta move on now.

When we broke up last time I was so damn depressed going out gettin wasted with my friends actually cheered me up cause I was having fun,
I can't sit around on my own cause I get depressed then.

I'm gonna focus my new found time and energy on new positive things,
The gym, college, family and friends.

Thanks man, it's gonna be tough.
We spent alot of time together, sitting around just makes you think about things and I have to stay active.

Spending hours on the laptop ain't healthy, I've become lazy and accustomed to it.

Hell yeah. Make sure that focus is more important than her, because if not you're not going to fully focus on it. I know it's a hard time for you, real hard. Just try not to consistently do what you did before and get wasted a lot. You can do that only so much ,then t's not about her, it's about drinking.

Yeah, just keep positive and find someone that has the attributes you didn't like with her; all while still wondering. Because I know you will. Any caring man after 7 years would.
