The whole world though Floyd was avoiding the fight, after hearing Monday night that Arum and Team Pac are pursuing the 4th JMM fight instead of a Floyd fight, now the people know who's been avoiding who. Also, if Pac doesn't fight Floyd, it's a 50/50 split with he and Arum. Pac, as confirmed by Roach, still has final say in who he fights. So, if there are no negotiations for the fight, how can anyone say Manny isn't avoiding??? Also, your polls were all taken well before Monday night's revelation, when Pac, Arum, and his whole Team used Mayweather's request for OST as the "Floyd is ducking" thing. How could Floyd have been ducking when Pac NEVER agreed to full random testing??? Arum just said the other day that "Manny is finally going to call Floyd's bluff and agree to testing", than we get the whole Pac and Arum pursuing a 4th JMM fight again. It was brilliant that Floyd called out for the Manny fight before the 3rd JMM fight, when it was still "all good" in Pac land. The most recent poll tells it all, especially after Monday's report that was confirmed by the Federal Judge who mediates negotiations between the two sides and Dan Rafael, the biggest Floyd hater of all boxing writers, with the exception of Chris Mannix who still is on Pac and Arum's jocks. You can't hide from Monday night's revelation man, just admit it. Last edited by 4Corners; 11-17-2011 at 11:31 AM. |

Also, as far as Margarito in 2006 and Cotto in 2008, I place that with Pacquiao in 2010. Was Floyd ducking??? I don't know. If I was Floyd, I would have fought those fights, but was Arum bulls**tting as usual back then too??? After Floyd beat Judah, he split with Arum, to which Arum said he'd never do business with Floyd again. Than, he comes out and says Floyd turned down 8 million to fight Margarito. As far as Cotto, Floyd and his team had been calling him out since 2006, to which Top Rank replied with "Cotto isn't ready for Floyd". Than, after Floyd says he's done after the Hatton fight, Cotto and Top Rank say Floyd is ducking. So, if you want to say he ducked them, fine. Your opinion. But, anyone else could come back with the argument that Manny ducked Raheem in 2005, Guzman in 2007-2008, Mosley in 2009-2010, Berto in 2010, and Ortiz in 2011, as well as rematches with Barrera for 4 years (2003-2007), Marquez for 4 years (2004-2008) and 3 1/2 years (2008-2011), right??? Also, neither Marquez or Manny ever beat Marquez in his prime (1999-2005). He fought a draw with Marquez in his prime, and won a controversial SD over Marquez when he was past prime-still good. Also, Marquez giving Manny hell again in 2011, when he is past his prime and not that good anymore, at 144 lbs makes Floyd's win over Marquez 2 years ago look a lot better now. You can't hide from the fact that Manny never agreed to testing, as confirmed by Koncz back in July (he said "Manny never agreed to do any testing within 14 days of the fight") and Arum a week ago (he said "Manny is finally going to call Floyd's bluff and agree to testing"). And you can't twist the fact that Mannys traight up walked away from negotiations in January 2010, refusing testing, than announced the Clottey fight a day or two later. Also, you can't hide from the facts that Top Rank and Pac are reportedly pursuing a 4th fight with JMM instead of a Mayweather fight. |

Pac fought JMM instead of Guzman wherein the fight was for the lineal SFW title. That was was Pac in a 2 to 1 favorite going in. Pac fought Cotto instead of Mosley. In which Pac was also 2 to 1 favorite going in. Which means also a 50/50 fight.. Pac fought Hatton (2 to 1), and Oscar(he was the underdog) instead of JMM 3.. What was Floyd's replacement fight for not fighting Cotto, Tzuyu, Johnston, and Margarito.. Gatti, Judah, Baldomir...Really now... And lol on Barrera (who dvcked Pac for an immediate rematch), Ortiz (losing to Maidana and drew against Peterson), and Berto (who got a gift from Callazo)... Manny's career wouldnt be as glorious as it is now if he was with GBP.. He never would be fighting at those catchweights for titles etc. He would have been matched with khan or someone by now. He more than likely would have never fought CLOTTEY. He would already have his "L" on his record for fighting and losing to floyd. Top Rank is the best thing that could have happened to manny. **** Shane woudl have fought manny before he fought Floyd in all honesty.. There would be no mythical 8th division win against a known cheater, because delahoya would not have even dreamed of making such a bullshat fight.... Arum is crooked as ****, and thats pacuiaos legacy right there....
