Margarito tucked his elbows into his sides to pick off hooks to the body with his elbows. That's why Cotto didn't work the body, cause Margarito prepared for it. Cotto needs to develop a straight right to the center of the stomach, like Manny has with his left hand, otherwise Margarito will do the same thing and Cotto won't be able to work the body again.

I know Cotto said something to that affect about Margarito being difficult to hit to the body but Cotto could have gotten there a lot more than he did and I see him getting there more this time around. Instead of a straight right he needs to put that jab in the pit of the stomach follow up with the straight right upstairs.
