Cause he almost knocked out Manny Pacquiao in the 4th round of their fight.

Because it's a couple of years in the making between 2 guys who are equally past it at this point. And Cotto is the one who got destroyed in the 1st match. Nothing wrong with this rematch. It's one of the more anticipated matchups on the calendar.
