Yep, Floyd was even on ESPN talking about the rematch happening, the rematch was apparently verbally agreed to already, then it just fell off because of monetary reasons. Brian Kenny briefly argued with him to fight Cotto. This was the infamous video that haters get that Floyd said he wouldn't fight Cotto because Cotto lives in Puerto Rico, which that was not what happened. Youtube took it down a while ago though, so there's only the hater edited video around.
