I respect Bowe because he protected our country, but did he avoid Lennox Lewis? I don't even know if Bowe would get in the ring against Vitali if there's any truth that he avoided Lewis.

bowe was good... but he always struggled against guys the same size as him...

How could Vitali win? I don't know if Bowe would get in the ring with him if the Lewis duck is true.

Bowe was garbage. He's an overrated one hit wonder. He was a dumb slow punching bag who couldn't even throw a straight punch. He was totally outclassed, exposed and destroyed twice by mediocre Andrew Golota. He blatantly ducked Lennox Lewis, who was dominated and retired by Vitali Klitschko.

Vitali easily destroys Bowe.

bowe has one semi legit loss on his resume

even that fight was his to win untill a fanman totally caused pabic everywhere

he's the only guy who smashed holyfield in holyfield's prime, lennox and mike and foreman couldnt

bowe offered lewis 10% of the purse lol- lewis told him no

so bowe burned the belt to say the belt and lewis were nothing compared to him- the stunt backfired and he was called a ducker

he's never lost a fight though, and is probably the second best boxer of the 90s to lewis

bad diet , laziness and the holyfield fights took a lot from him.

i think bowe is underrated though.

Bowe stopped green Hide, but he was badly hurt several times and almost KO'd by Hide. After the fight Bowe admitted he was out on his feet several times and said Hide was the hardest puncher he ever faced.

Vitali destroyed prime Hide in 2 rounds.

Bowe won a decision over green Donald.

Vitali destroyed prime Donald. He was the only man to knockdown and KO the iron chinned Donald, he floored Donald 4 times.

hi guys,

in my first 16 fights i went 8-8. i lost 20 fights overall

but hey, i beat up wladamir so bad that his trainer had to come out and save him.

i also took vitali to 11 rounds.

that makes me a HOFer

donald lost 1 fight

to riddick bowe (in 1994)

btw- he beat the HOF ross purrity during that streak

the 3 fights before Vitali (in 2002) were DRAW LOSS WIN

he won 3 of his next 6 fights after vitali and retired

so obviously the vitali fight was his prime huh
