The cut scenes could happen before the game starts or after the game, or when you reach a point in during the match.
Also for all we know there could be a game mode where you and two other players have to reach a point on the map where a plane or other vehicle is, in time to escape and when you board the plane enemies drive up to the plane and try and stop you from escaping and you have to kill them to end the match.
