All good points. I can remember people calling for Brendan Smith's head as far back as the Juan Diaz fight. If Katsidis had changed trainers back then, things might be very different right now.

I expect they're best mates in real life and Mick probably wouldn't dream of dropping him, no matter how beneficial it could've been. Things won't change this late in his career.
