anyone trained at rooney's gym london?
I've heard some good things about Rooney's gym. Can anyone who has trained there report on the gym? What do you think of the training/ sparring?
Can you tell me if they have amatuer fighters or is it mainly white collar?

I've never trained there and don't know anyone who has.
That said, just looking through the website it seems they focus more on 'white-collar boxing' than regular boxing. I'm not sure what the difference is but I assume there must be one for them to make the distinction. The classes also seem to be based more on improving fitness than improving technique, some of the stuff seems very similar to boxercise.
It also seems a bit expensive. £10 per class? At my previous gym it was £3 per time. I'm sure there's an element of 'you get what you pay for', but still, I think you should take a look a few different options and maybe talk to the people running the place about what exactly they focus on in each training session.
By the way, don't pay any attention to 2tough, he's an obese troll who has never stepped foot in a boxing gym in his life.
