China do not have a policy of non interfarence. They are creating a "soft" empire in Africa, taking advantage of there resources and investing lots of money in infrastructure in the continent.
The world of the 21century will be more like the first half of the 20th were there was no one dominate power. Back then you had America, Britain, France, Germany and Japan. In the future you will have America, China and India.

Yeah Brazil are growing fast as well, partly due to China's requirment for there resources, this century will be very intresting. Countrys like the UK and France are going to become more irrelevant.
