That wasnt a prime De la hoya but guess what, that wasn't a prime Manny Pacquiao either. Pacquiao is only 32 and still hasn't reached his prime. De la hoya could never have beat Pacquiao at any weight cuz hes a b*tch who lost all his big fights.
