Haven't seen enough of SRR to say he could beat Hearns. He'd even beat Leonard in a 15 rounder had they rematched. Hearns made the mistake of tradin'; should have just boxed his way to a victory.

Very difficult fighter for anyone at 147 to beat, he could **** and he could box extremely well. Quick hands, Powerful right, very solid jolting jab, and he knew how to use his leverage, height and reach to it's limit. The guy's heart was huge too, his only liability was his chin and defense. He got lazy with his defense sometimes.

while Im at it, I think that Hearns could most likely beat any 154lber in the history of boxing as well, even in a 15 round fight.

the only one that could challenge him is McCallum...whos body work and overall expertise would pose a big threat to Hearns in the late rounds of the fight.

I dont. Leonard only won about 2 or 3 rounds, and apart from Hearns getting rocked once, the guy was in control.

and that was even a Hearns that weighed in at 145lbs. that probably didnt help his stamina much, its obvious the guy had trouble making weight
