Most polls I've seen people have Pacman winning the fight. From what I remember didn't Pacman won the ESPN polls. I just want to see if the people on this board agrees with the rest of the polls.

Man why you bringing up old ****? We all know Marquez won that fight. The 10 6 scoring on the judges cards was wrong. It is very rare that there is a 10 6 round even if a fighter goes down 5 times.Marquez dominated 40 minutes of that fight. -

Even thought Marquez came back, Pac was still aggressive and hit Marquez with some good shots, Pac won by a very close decision.Comment

10-6 was apropriate for that 1st round, and 2 of the three judges saw it that way.
the 3rd judge admitted afterwards that he made a mistake and should have scored it 10-6 also.
Manny won a close competitve fight.
The argument "if not for the 1st round" is a moot point.
Marquez was dropped 3 times and is lucky there wasn't a sensitive referee or he could have been waived off and not many would have complained.
The 1st round gave the edge in that fight to Manny.
Too bad Marquez seems to have ruined his career by turning down 750K for a rematch when no one wants to pay him 50K nowdays...Comment

I thought that even with a 10-6 round for pacquiao(Round 1) Marquez still won the fight, after round 1 all you saw was Marquez beating Pacquiao up and down the ring.Comment
