Amir Khan.. The Great Swindle??

OK This is just based on a Observation since I have seen 8 Khan fights now..

The guy is a world class puncher no doubt.. He has very fast accurate hands.. and some decent power..

We are being spoon fed that this guy is next Thing in Lightweigth Boxing.. he is ALREADY a A "STAR" over in the UK.. he has a Book out.. A DVD.. yada yada...
But I think we are being suckered and the people close to Khan know he will never MAKE it and they are trying to milk it for as long as they can..
WHY???
Well a little scrutiny on his recored will reveal it..

The guy has NO CHIN..

How else can you explain in 12 fights His Opponents having a combined total 341 fights between them and ONLY 45 KO's .. this is an average of 13.2%
The average Khan oppenent has a KO% of 13.2

Alot of these guys have winning records..Most of them do in fact..so they are Not complete stiffs who lose.. They just cant PUNCH..
But the biggest puncher Khan faced has 38 fights and only 11 KO's ... 4 of them the had NO KO's at all..

Definite possibility...Frank knows what he is doing when it comes to protecting his fighters.

Thats a big observation. I wouldnt say Khan has a weak chin, its just never been heavily tested yet.

This isnt ment to sound racist of anything but have there been any fighters ever from india/Pakistan/****ladesh that have had decent chins ?

This is true. I feel it's too early for us to start judging Khan and saying that he dont have a good chin. He's still learning and granted he's fought bums so far but so do most fighters when they are coming up. We need to see his chin tested by a proven puncher before we could can say whether he has a good chin or not as at the moment it is all pure speculation.

Frank Warren doesn't want his investment to come to a sudden halt. He is totally protecting Khan right now. Which is all right, but after about 18 to 20 fights, Warren needs to put him in there with a puncher who can test his chin. I hope Khan's career isn't a replay of Hameds.

Hamed used to get knocked down a lot, mostly because of his unorthadox stance, but he always got back up, so you could argue he had a great/terrible chin.

He never seemed like he got hurt by any shots. He got hit hard by Barrera. Most other featherweights drop with that punishment.

I hope Khan has got the balls to fight John Murray, Kevin Mitchell or Graham Earl like he says he wants to.
