Its confirmed. not only did Resto cheat without padding on his gloves but he also drank from a bottle which had pills in it.
The idea for it was to open his lungs up so he could breathe easier....hell, he also admits that he had a pad in his handwraps which dried up after a few rounds.

Aron Pryor did take some sort of drug in that bottle, its the truth.
