Not really sure where to put this thread but, how do you determine the natural weight of a boxer?

well, yea...we're talkin about fighters with decent discipline

You find them in random interviews. You can't really determine walk around weight through some mathematical formula or deductive reasoning. =)

Get into top condition to the point that your strength, cardio and overall stamina are at peak points and add the correct fluids to shed during a fight and thats your starting point for fight body weight.
Waliking around weight depends on activity, if your an amatuer boxer who has tournys coming one after another in a 3 month span you won't go over 8lbs from your weighin weight! A pro who fights every 90 days can go up to 15 to 20 depending on his ability to shed fluids and then fats. Its very personalized and has everything to do with activity! Ray
