As long as Canelo doesn't get hurt in some way and has a pretty easy night with Lopez they can make it work for this year.

Also if they are talking about the possibility now they are planting that seed and lets be honest that fight has been talked about a lot since the Mayweather fight, so even if it is signed just 2 months before the fight it really had more than 2 months of promotion, and they could just put on the hard sell for those two months anyhow.

          Canelo-Cotto.

          I'd love to see that.

If Canelo beats Cotto that would be the perfect win to build a Mayweather fight in May which seems to be the plan.

And if he loses? Do a Cotto-Mayweather rematch and have Canelo fight K-9 for the IBF belt?

Yeah why not. I think Cotto would have earned his right to a rematch by beating a fighter like Canelo.

ehh..you'd think, right? Bradley's quicker than Cotto, all around. If Cotto walks in straight lines like he did versus Mayweather, throws a few punches and then stops in the same spot with his hands up just waiting to repeat...he sets himself up to get out boxed. Listen, Cotto's a good fighter, but don't get it twisted, Floyd chose not to move cause he was looking for the knockout - Cotto was ripe and ready to be out boxed.

But it's obviously a much more dangerous fight for Bradley than it would be for Cotto at 150 and above - I think Bradley's power is a little underrated, but either way I don't think it'll be enough to stop Cotto in his tracks. It'll be a very tough fight for Bradley, but a 12 round victory is not beyond the realm of possibility - he'll just have to work hard, for all 12 rounds.
