Damn, those are some good observations. And it all depends on who you want to give the benefit of the doubt to, considering Mosley admitted to using steroids in his career. I guess there will always be an asterisk next to his name.

Mayweather ruined him, quite simply.

After about 4 rounds Mosley became gun shy, he was scared to throw anything because everytime he did he was getting smacked with counter shots by Mayweather. He never recovered from that, even against a guy like Mora he was scared to let his hands go.

Because a year and 4 months passed after Margarito before he fought again, and fighters approaching 40 tend to fade after that period a time.

Well...? Was he roided for that fight? Did age catch up overnight? Trainer's fault?

Look at who he fought after that! He fought Floyd and Pac, who at that point where unbeatable! Thats like Shane fighting David Haye! Then goes to fight a young hungry big guy in his prime, at a higher weight! Shane was destined to lose the fights he took!
