Seville in Spain if your looking to chillout, thats where I went last summer for a week with my girlfriend,
Was a nice chillout Holiday not much to do other then shop, drink and eat.
Not many nightclubs just bars and restaruants, It's expensive to eat out but worth it to be honest.
It was between 43-47degress in August when I went, I'd say March will be a comfortable temperature.
