If Chad Dawson beats Ward he is fighter of the year imo and p4p top 5

He would have earned 2 lineal titles in 2 different divisions and beaten a legend,atf and hof in Bernard Hopkins and beaten a future hof and undefeated Andre Ward.......now IF he accomplishes this he would be certified fighter of the year and would have to be top 5 p4p......will he do it is another question cause i see him fighting a younger Hopkins in this fight

The FOTY competition could be really good this year. Dawson, Ward, Donaire, Floyd depending on an opponent, Chavez Jr., I could probably name more if I really think about it.

Floyd aint fighting again this year.and yea If Chavez beats Martinez he should be in the running and Donaire as well..BUT Dawson beating Hopkins and Ward is certified bad ass..has anyone EVER won 2 LINEAL titles in 1 year?

I don't know. Going down in weight and beating Ward would be an amazing win, no doubt about it. No one could say it is wrong if Dawson beat Ward and won FOTY. It would take something incredible to beat that.

I currently have Ward at 3 -- or 4. Something like that. Dawson definitely gets into the top five if he goes down to the dominant smw's weight and beats him. No question.
