Why did Zab Judah decide not to fight Hatton?

Zab went out of his way to make sure he wouldnt fight Matthew Hatton.He's agreed to fight a fighter who was away for 3 yrs and agreed a catchweight of 144lbs but wanted Hatton to come down to 140.While Hatton is not really an elite fighter,Judah isnt an elite one either and is the most undisciplined fighter out there.On the other hand Matthew isnt flashy but has improved of late and he sticks to the basics.

Question is why did Judah not want to fight Hatton

Judah hasn't shown Hatton respect, then again Judah is too busy out on the town pissing it all up against a wall.
