  • Comments Thread For: Ramos on Rigondeaux Battle: Bring It, I'm Way Better!

WBA super bantamweight champion Rico Ramos (20-0, 11KOs) is ready for the next challenge. Last month he came from behind to score a seventh round knockout over Akifumi Shimoda in Atlantic City. Ramos captured the WBA crown, but now he has an even tougher challenger in his path. Two-time Olympic Gold medal winner, and amateur superstar, Guillermo Rigondeaux (8-0, 6KOs), is salivating for a crack at the belt. Rigondeaux is the interim-champion, which makes him the mandatory to Ramos' title.

                    You gotta appreciate Ramos' determination.

I'll still take Rigo over him by one sided decision.
